2. Description of Service

Skellup is a video content creation marketplace platform that connects brands and businesses ("Clients") with video content creators ("Content Creators") to facilitate the creation and delivery of video content including:

• User-generated content (UGC)
• Product testimonials and reviews
• Unboxing videos
• Brand advertisements
• Social media content

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Clients must pay for services as agreed upon with Content Creators
• Skellup may charge platform fees for transactions
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Users are responsible for any applicable taxes

6. Intellectual Property

Content creators retain ownership of their created content unless otherwise agreed. Clients receive usage rights as specified in individual agreements. The Skellup platform, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by Skellup and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Content Guidelines

All content created and shared on the Platform must:

• Comply with Malaysian laws and regulations
• Not contain hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Not promote illegal activities or harmful products
• Respect cultural sensitivities and community standards
• Meet quality standards set by the Platform

8. Platform Fees and Commissions

Skellup may charge service fees and commissions for facilitating transactions between Clients and Content Creators. These fees will be clearly disclosed before any transaction is completed.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between users, Skellup may provide mediation services. However, Skellup is not liable for disputes between users. All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Malaysian law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time. Upon termination, certain provisions of these terms will survive.

11. Limitation of Liability

Skellup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
